Studio Legale OLTRE was born from the idea of a group of attorneys who aim to promote fundamental rights and access to justice in a professional and welcoming environment. Specialized in immigration and criminal law, our conviction is that law can go beyond protecting the individual to promote social change and the collective interest.

In a world where barriers multiply, borders are drawn and new forms of limitation on personal freedom emerge, we believe in a collective response that can enable us to overcome the walls around us and look beyond. Our work is founded on technical competence and concrete attention to the people who turn to the firm; we address the most complex legal issues with a multidisciplinary approach.

Going Beyond means understanding how legal issues fit into a framework of structural injustices and systemic marginalization; it means using the law to protect the rights of our clients while observing the issues presented to us with a broader perspective, seeking to identify and correct the mechanisms that generate inequalities.
